1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship orders to all governorates across Egypt.
- For international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days
- Upper Egypt & remote areas: 4–6 business days
- Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Order size and weight
- The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery in selected areas.
- Additional fees will apply for COD orders.
7. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
